Thank god for having a vigilant Dad who made sure I got business insurance when I started DoorDashing. My car just got totaled by some idiot who nearly head-on crushed me while I was dashing. Are you sure it's not the delivery time? 70%? Mine is 98% on time. And I work in a heavy traffic area with loads of construction 24/7. And completion is 100%. I would think the delivery time has something to do with it.

(This is advise/opinion not to be considered legal advise/legal counsel). You could be looking at a libel civil suit with Nevadas laws as well they sorta are right on the line already and a little more digging you could possibly win. 1- The defendant must have made an untrue and defamatory statement( By calling you a criminal or that you knew the criminals in a email directed to you with zero proof(and possible the owner). 2- The defendant published or said the defamatory statement to a third party without the authority to do so.(This is your one murky area as they told the owner which is a third party for sure and its 3rd parties but the owner is their client. Now if you find out they have spread information further even if the owner is spreading it you can definitely 100% have this but right now this parts murky) 3- The defendant must be at fault for the statement(Well you have the direct email from them with claims so check). 4-The plaintiff must have suffered damages.(You didnt get deposit back, last months rent possibly, any work missed over it can legally be added to suit, etc. So check) now this can also play into #2 if you tried to get a new place and had to reference your previous landlords and found out you were denied over companies statements then you would have #2 easily proven while also adding damages/loss to #4. #2 is probably your biggest hurdle which is the case for alot of libel civil actions. If you are thinking of civil Id find a reputable lawyer who only handles civil matters even maybe talking to multiple if you can get free consultation to get a feel for the case. (This is all advise and not to be considered legal counsel) My opinion is if you have found a new home and are happy with new landlord etc then its best to move on. However if it is stopping you from finding a new home do to as previously stated them as a reference to past landlord etc then definitely go through with civil suit. If you just want to see if you can get some money back you can go middle ground(cost a few hundred dollars) and have a civil lawyer send them your case in a letter asking to settle etc.(Purely up to you).

All you can do is go through small claims court. Small claims goes up to $10,000 in Nevada. The process is pretty ok. Usually corporations don't show up and just take the L. The math works out for companies to do this to people, because a % will go through small claims and get what is owed to them while another % won't. The % that doesn't is pure profit. So basically they just make up charges and bank on the % that doesn't challenge it. If the judge sees the same company too many times the judge can be extra generous to send a message.

This angers me so much that the management company used dirty (and illegal) tactics to steal thousands of dollars from innocent people especially when it seems like you are a responsible person who took care good care of the property! You own your own business and at the very least seem decently well off but the sociopathic mindset you have to have to possibly steal someone’s last penny infuriates me. What if you needed that deposit back to pay for your next house? They wouldn’t care if you had to sleep on the streets and are aware that you suing them would A, cost you way more than the amount they STOLE and B, they are more educated on the laws of deposit reimbursement, burden of proof laws and loopholes since this is obviously something they do regularly. This seems to be common in certain areas of the country. The day you leave you are suppose to do a walk through with the landlord and by the end of the walk through resolve any issues and get your deposit back. No mailing it to you later. No Doing separate walk throughs.

I have 155k on my 2017 FoST and only thing I had to replace was the battery and my intake manifold was spitting out a tiny amount of blow by out of the runners. My transmission did go out around 138k miles (this is my first manual, so probably operator error on my part for the first 20k miles). My front end squeaks or clunks when going over uneven road surfaces (coilovers with tired oem factory end links) but probably because of the endlinks. But still love this car after owning it for 7 years. Also the factory paint really sucks on these cars, got paint peeling by rear tire well area. (Shadow black)

ok, not sure if it's the right thing to make a comment on a video posted 2 years ago ... but minimum pay for Doordash deliveries is not a fixed price for all orders really, and it's never been so according to what i have learned working for Doordash since the year 2018 ... i'm based in California btw, working in Orange County at first and now in the Bay Area near San Francisco since the year 2022 ... and this is how Doordash minimum pay works : the longer the delivery distance, the higher thy pay ... although, at times, the pay for long distance deliveries is not as good as expected, it's higher than shorter distance deliveries nonetheless ... but the problem with long-distance deliveries (further than 8 miles and up to 20 miles total at times!) is that on the way back there are no 'busy' areas where one can take new / more orders, meaning that the driver has to drive back at least 10 miles to get to a busy area again ... then there are also 'high-pay' orders, available only (mostly, actually) to Diamond and Gold Dasher drivers ... such orders could be delivered to very short distances but the customer is paying more than expected usually for most other short- or long-distance orders ... and there may (or may not) be some good tips on such orders as well ... speaking of tips, yes, i'm always in doubt if Doordash is telling the truth about the driver taking the entire tip the customer's paying ... but since i see different amounts of tips customers pay on different orders, sometimes paying a lot more tip than the actual delivery wage for the same order, i'm guessing it's true and Doordash takes nothing out of the tips for the company ... still however, that's at least a grey if not a dark area of working for Doordash ... besides, some customers like to pay some extra cash for tip upon delivery even though they have already paid it online for the order just as well ... (and it's not possible to ask the customer how much they paid for the delivery, or for the tip since they are either not there at the door, nor we are allowed to ask them as per Doordash instructions ...) last but not least, there are other silly or downright stupid things the Doordash system still does, which are annoying, to me at least anyways, and although Doordash app has improved a lot since when i started working for it 6 years ago, those slight yet bad issues are still there ...
